Order Status

Once your order is filled, you will receive a shipping notification email. This email will include your tracking number and a link to check the status of your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive another automated confirmation email which will include your tracking number.

We begin working on your order immediately. This process consists of sending your order items to our warehouse and preparing them for shipping.

Elegancee is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
